In early March, the second batch of equipment for the Qinghai customer required training and acceptance of high-voltage testing equipment. Upon receiving the call, Manager Hu from Wuhan UHV immediately arranged for the company's technical personnel to depart from Wuhan together and board the train to Qinghai at 11 pm that evening to go to the customer's unit.
The next day, Wuhan UHV after-sales personnel followed the staff of Qinghai unit to the site for debugging. In the early stage of this Qinghai project, the client contacted Manager Hu of Wuhan UHV. This project is government procurement, and the quality control of the products is very strict. Before the products are supplied, all products must be sent to provincial-level measuring units for measurement.
On the day of acceptance, three senior experts conducted a Q&A session on the performance, parameters, and other aspects of the product. Wuhan ultra-high voltage technicians provided professional answers to each relevant question. After the experts' questions, Wuhan ultra-high voltage technicians also demonstrated the use of the equipment on site to ensure the smooth passing of this acceptance.
