Immediately received the on-site pictures and short videos sent by the customer, and the UHV technicians quickly made a judgment after learning about the specific situation and communicated with the customer by phone.

Under the telephone guidance of technicians, the on-site personnel finally found the test problem after many troubleshooting. In the end, the customer successfully measured the direct resistance and turns ratio of the transformer, and successfully completed the test.
