Recently, the Wuhan UHV after-sales service team received an invitation from a customer in Dezhou, Sichuan, to provide technical guidance to the customer's UHV-660 trace moisture analyzer and UHV-645 oil chromatography analyzer. The two instruments are mainly used for the testing of transformer insulating oil, which can effectively prevent and discover the hidden or latent problems of transformer insulating oil.

First, the UHV-660 trace moisture analyzer is explained, which uses the Karl-Fischer coulomb titration method, which can reliably measure the trace moisture of transformer oil samples, and the measurement range is 1ug~100mg. It can store up to 1000 data records, which are widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, railway, environmental protection, scientific research institutions and other industries.

The instrument accessories are unpacked, the test container is cleaned, and the electrolyte is added, the height of the electrolyte can be within the marked range of the anode chamber, and the electrolyte and anode chamber of the cathode chamber can be kept horizontal.

Since the Karl-Fischer coulometric titration method is used, the instrument needs to be assembled, the assembly area is sealed with vacuum grease, and a desiccant is added to the drying tube above the anode chamber and the cathode chamber. It should be noted here that the sealing plug of the desiccant is notched, which means that the desiccant cannot be sealed. Finally, plug in the measurement and electrode test wires to complete the assembly.

After assembly, we also need to dilute the electrolyte, the instrument is equipped with a 50-microliter injector, and use a 50-microliter injector to add pure water to the electrolyte from the inlet until the instrument shows that the measurement is normal.

All the preparatory work of the micro-moisture tester here is completed, the 110kV transformer oil was tested on site, the test moisture is 7.7 micrograms, according to the transformer oil quality standard for the transformer oil in 110kV operation, the micro-moisture value must be less than or equal to 35mg/L, and the test content is 7.7mg/L, so the test is qualified.

After the customer understood, the other transformer oil was also tested, and the test structure was qualified, and said that the operation in the test was simple, the detection speed was fast, the man-machine dialogue was convenient and intuitive, and the one-key operation was made.

Subsequently, the after-sales personnel also carried out a detailed operation explanation of the UHV-645 oil chromatography analyzer to ensure that the customer's technical personnel can complete the test independently, and the one-day after-sales service work will end soon.
