Recently, a customer in Zibo, Shandong Province purchased a batch of high-voltage test equipment in Wuhan UHV. Subsequently, at the request of the customer, Wuhan UHV sent an after-sales service team to Jiaozuo to carry out after-sales training.

After arriving at the destination, Wuhan UHV technicians got in touch with the customer in time and learned that the customer needed to conduct a power handover test on a 10kV power distribution room. In addition, it is necessary for technicians to train the equipment and guide the customer to complete the corresponding test of each equipment.

The equipment of this training includes ZGF series DC high-voltage generator, UHV variable frequency series resonant withstand voltage test device, UHV-10A DC resistance tester, UHV-H100A loop resistance tester, UHV-802 microcomputer relay protection tester, UHV-403 high-voltage switching characteristics tester and a series of power test equipment.

On the morning of the next day, Wuhan UHV technicians accompanied the customer's test personnel to the test site. First, a series of tests of 10kV vacuum circuit breakers were carried out: loop resistance test, insulation test, withstand voltage test and switching characteristics test.

In the process of demonstration, the technical staff explained the use of the equipment, the wiring method of each test and the precautions required in the test process, emphasizing the safety of the circuit breaker withstand voltage test, and ensuring the efficiency and safety of the customer's independent use of the equipment to do the test in the future. Soon, after the patient explanation of the technicians, the customer has a comprehensive understanding and mastery of the circuit breaker related test methods and the use of equipment.

Next, the technicians conducted a test demonstration of other equipment one by one, and explained in detail the use, wiring and function introduction of each equipment. After the technicians completed the tests of all the equipment in turn, the customer's testers used the equipment again to independently carry out the tests, which were well completed.
