    1、 Preparation before the experiment

    1. The number of test personnel should not be less than 2. Strictly follow the safety operation regulations related to high-voltage testing when using it;

    2. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the test, in addition to being familiar with the product manual, it is also necessary to strictly follow the relevant national standards and regulations for the test operation;

    3. When the testing personnel open the packaging box, they check the equipment according to the packing list. If they find that the equipment does not match the packing list, they should immediately contact Guodian Xigao;

    4. The series resonance test device should be used by high-voltage testing professionals. Before use, the user manual should be carefully read and repeatedly operated and trained;

    5. When using the series resonance test device, the output is high voltage or high voltage, which must be reliably grounded and operated safely;

    6. Each connecting wire must not be connected incorrectly, and the wiring must be connected according to the circuit diagram in the "Precautions" section, otherwise it may cause damage to the testing device;

    7. Whether conducting test subjects or short rise tests, the reactor in the following section must be separated from the ground with an insulated bracket;

    8. Before conducting the test on the test object, conduct a lift test on the equipment with a test voltage of 80% of the rated voltage of the equipment.


    2、 Precautions during the experiment

    1. When conducting experiments, the distance between the variable frequency power supply and the reactor should be as large as possible to avoid safety accidents;

    2. The variable frequency power supply part of the series resonance test device is in the form of a touch screen. When tapping the screen, the action should be light. If the force is too strong or the speed is too fast during touch screen operation, it may not be able to enter the next menu or the machine may not start; You need to press the reset button to return to the main menu, and restart after a 5-second interval, or simply turn off the power and restart;

    3. When setting the parameters of the equipment, the "device voltage" column cannot be changed. "Device voltage" refers to the setting that is matched with the voltage divider during the factory test. If the "device voltage" changes, the sampling signal of the voltage divider will also change, and the measured test voltage may be too high or too low, which will have a certain impact on the withstand voltage test of the test object. So the experimenters need to record the "device voltage" when the device is turned on, in order to avoid checking and changing the device voltage after accidental operation;

    4. When conducting tests on test objects with large capacitance or high loss, such as "generators, motors with large capacity, cables over 1.5km", the system Q value is low, and the "output voltage" is set between 30V and 50V. In general, the "output voltage" is set between 10V and 20V. When conducting cable tests below 10kV and within 500m in length, a lower excitation voltage should be selected, with the "output voltage" set to 10V. Otherwise, when searching for the resonance point, the test voltage will exceed the rated withstand voltage of the test object, resulting in a higher system Q value and easy breakdown of the test object.
